Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

 We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.99 per order.

From an order value of € 500.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:

Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary

over 20 kg, additional packages are required depending on the weight.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pay in advance (bank transfer), we will grant you a 2% discount on the gross value of the order.
